General Information
Terms
All custom imprint orders must be prepaid along with a written confirmation. No exceptions to either policy. Fax and internet orders will be accepted with a Mastercard or VISA number. We cover shipping costs on imprinted balloon orders unless speed service (UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS 3 Day select or FedEx) is required. All custom imprint orders must be in writing.

Plate Charges
Plate charges are service charges only and do not transfer title or cuts or plates to cutomer. All new orders will have a plate charge.

Overruns/Underruns
All latex balloon orders are subject to an overrun or underrul of 5% and will be billed accordingly. All Microfoil balloon orders are subject to an overrun or underrun of 10% and will be billed accordingly .

Print Direction
Unless otherwise specified, each ballon is printed to read with neck down.

Camera-Ready & Electronic Art
Please furnish camera-ready (black & white) artwork sized approximately 5" x 5" for latex or 10" x 10" for Microfoils, Gray-scale, screened, or gradient art is unacceptable. Color separations are required for all multicolor imprints with no less than 1/4" break between colors in artwork. Fax copies, photocopies, newspaper prints, and some computer generated artwork do not provide quality reproductions and may incur an art charge. Laser generated art, as well as digital files, should be 300 dpi minimum.
Microsoft Word documents are not accepted as electronic art. All electronic files muct be line art/vector image in Adobe Illustrator, otherwise an art chage will be incurred.
Fonts incorporated in artwork must be converted to curves or paths. No type should be less than 4 points. Bold sans-serif fonts are recommended for small type. Avoid outline and shadow-effect fonts.
If you e-mail an order, please put Imprint Order in the subject line. Also, please note that e-mailed orders are not confirmed until you have spoken with one of our imprint representatives. If you are not contacted within one business day, please call us 704 342-1580
Our in-house graphics department can help you with artwork that is not considered camera-ready for an extra fee of $20. E-mail artwork to info@2thelimitevents.com if the file size is at or under 1MB. The preferred formate is Adobe Illustrator saved as an EPS file. Any other files emailed and saved as a PDF, JPG, or TIFF will incur the $20 art charge. Files may also be sent on a CD along with a hard copy.
Trademark Usage
All copy or other material submitted will be accepted as being in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent, or similar protection
